Theorie hair products have been priced to offer supreme value for money for a professional hair care line. This range is about half the price of some MoroccanOil products (based on RRP divided by quantity) and on par with the BaByliss PRO Argan Oil range, but the quality of Theorie hair care is out of this world!! Yes, two exclamation marks were required. You really are receiving terrific bang for your buck with Theorie.

The Theorie look and feel

The Theorie Argan Oil shampoo is very creamy and has a consistency similar to a hand cream rather than a shampoo, while the mask is what a hair treatment should be, rich and creamy also. The fragrance of these products is earthy and woody, as you would expect from Argan Oil based hair care, but it’s not overpowering. However, if you are after a shampoo which suds like mad then step away from this review right now as this shampoo is not for you. But if you’re like me, someone who has naturally curly hair (which also means naturally dry hair) then you will fall in love with this shampoo. This isn’t a no suds formula but it certainly won’t be washing your dishes anytime soon.

Why we love Theorie even more

All Theorie hair products  are suitable for all hair types including colour and keratin treated hair. Hair which is dull, damaged, suffering from split ends, frizz or dryness will particularly benefit from Theorie.

The final countdown. Oops, we mean outcome

I’ve been using the shampoo and treatment now for over a week and I am washing my hair every day due to a new training regime. Gotta fit into my wedding dress in a few months’ time! I thought all this extra washing would really dry out my curls but using the Theorie shampoo and treatment combo has had the opposite effect. My curls are more defined and less frizzy. I’ve even started to only apply a leave-in conditioner (Macadamia Natural Oil Nourishing Leave-In Cream) to keep frizz at bay; see pics below for results. Sorry TIGI Bed Head Foxy Curls Contour Curl Cream, I do still love you but I just don’t need you as much as I use to.

The final result. Only leave-in conditioner has been applied, no styling product. Amazing!
